Meet Jessica
Jessica Aguila didn't start in the shed business — she found it. After years in customer-facing roles, she realized she was happiest when she could actually solve a problem for someone, not just process a transaction. Portable buildings turned out to be the perfect fit: every customer has a different need, a different lot, a different budget, and Jessica likes figuring out the puzzle.
Today she runs two Patriot Structures lots in Middle Tennessee — one in Lebanon and one in Lavergne — and personally walks every customer through the process. No sales script, no pressure. She'll ask about your yard, what you're storing, and whether you need power or plumbing. Then she'll tell you honestly what size and style makes sense.
“I'd rather lose a sale than put someone in a building that's wrong for them,” she says. “They're going to look at it in their backyard every day — it needs to be right.”

Every building on our lots is manufactured by Old Hickory Buildings, a company with over 25 years of experience and a reputation for doing things right. Their structures are engineer-certified, built with quality materials, and backed by a 5-year warranty.
What that means for you: the building is proven. The question is whether the dealer will take care of you before, during, and after the sale. That's where Jessica comes in.

Pick your building
Choose from in-stock inventory for fast delivery, or customize a build with your preferred size, style, color, and features. Jessica will walk you through every option.
Choose how to pay
Buy outright, finance through our rent-to-own program (no credit check, 90 days same as cash), or spread payments over 36–60 months. Whatever works for your budget.
We deliver and set up
Free delivery within 30 miles. Our team levels and positions your building — most in-stock orders deliver in 3–5 business days. You don't have to lift a finger.
Delivery details
Our delivery team handles everything. You'll need a level area clear of debris with at least 14 feet of overhead clearance and enough width for the building plus two feet on each side. If your site isn't level, we recommend grading it beforehand.
Delivery is free within 30 miles of either location. Beyond that, we charge a per-mile fee — Jessica will give you an exact quote before you commit. Most in-stock buildings deliver in 3–5 business days. Custom orders take 2–3 weeks depending on the build.
5-year warranty, no fine print
Every Old Hickory building comes with a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering structural integrity, manufacturing defects, and workmanship. That includes the floor system, wall framing, roof structure, doors, and windows.
If something goes wrong that's not from normal wear or misuse, we make it right. Call Jessica, describe the issue, and she'll coordinate the fix. That's it.
